1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hellowin ("hellowin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hellowin.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hellowin Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hellowin Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of hellowin, or an immediate family member of such a person.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

hellowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hellowin services, you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. hellowin may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify hellowin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

hellowin reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hellowin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your hellowin account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. hellowin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. hellowin aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

Anti-Money Laundering: hellowin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. We may request documentation to verify the source of funds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hellowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.
• hellowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software to exploit promotions, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• hellowin's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hellowin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers and are subject to the same fairness standards.

By participating in any game on the hellowin Platform, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• You will not use any software, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not exploit any technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, hellowin reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hellowin Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating with other players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hellowin staff or other players.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hellowin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of hellowin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hellowin Platform without prior written consent from hellowin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hellowin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond hellowin's reasonable control.

hellowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hellowin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

hellowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the hellowin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

hellowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon account closure, hellowin will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the original payment method, after deducting any amounts owed to hellowin and subject to completion of any required verification procedures. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. hellowin operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hellowin Platform, you agree to first contact hellowin's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hellowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hellowin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the hellowin Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
